Pineapples and Cheese
- 2 - 1 lb cans unsweetened pineapple, tidbits or crushed
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 roll Ritz crackers
- Preheat oven 350°F
- Drain pineapples
- Blend well the pineapple, sugar, flour, and cheese
- Put mixture into an ungreased glass casserole dish
- Crush crackers and mix with softened butter
- Spread over the pineapple mixture
- Bake 350°F for 25 minutes
